I think a small tattoo right down below the small of her back right near the waistline so if she wears low-cut pants and a tank top you can see it peaking out, thats hot, or on the inside or just above her ankle, or maybe on the leftside below her stomach on her lower abs.
arms, hands, and necks are always out there and in my opinion look trashy
I think tattoos should be used to excentuate that certain part of the body that somewhat stays hidden but is very attractive

Bad tattoos are trashy. If you get one, think carefully about what you want and go to a skilled artist for the work. You are going to be wearing the tattoo a lot longer than anything else you wear, so don't be afraid to spend some money on it. Nothing wrong with some body art, but there's everything wrong with a poorly drawn, meaningless blotch messing up your skin.

I love well done tattoos on any woman. I especially like arm tats. My wife is about to have an upper arm sleeve finished.
I also think that tats in the area you've described are hot, as well as the outer hip/booty area.

My gf has 3 tattoo's, one on her right arm,close to the wrist, nother on her right back on the side of the waist.Nother was my gift to her,on her back..I just luv tattoo's on women. as long as it doesnt take over the whole body. Cheers!

A tat on the ankle is always hot! Stay away from your lower back...It's played out. And yes, a small tat on the lower part of your stomach is hot also!

it depends, i like them on girls. i would choose a place where distortions are less likely to happen, like shoulder but on the bace side, and legs. stomach and lower back are at high risk to distortion.
