try a home wax kit. Nair OR Sally Hansen is good.
Get the stuff for legs since it works better.
Have you tried lightly going over it with a razor? or using shaving gell and then moisturizer once dried off.
Also shave in the direction the hairs are growing in for a smoother shave.
I hope this helps and don't be grossed out. A lot of girls have that.

Had the same issues, what you guys have is a hormonal imbalance, you have too much Testosterone..its not as bad as you might think, no you wont grow a dick or anything like that, its just that body hair will be thicker and a tell tale that you have it is having the hair on the bellybutton and lots of razor burns because the hair is thicker. This is genetic and you will likely pass it down to your children so you know (sux yes). I recommend you and your sister get your hormones tested and your doctor will treat you once you are diagnosed. Do NOT take the first answer if it is negative, I got tested three times before my premonitions were proven right. I got permanent hair removal, cost a lot but was worth every penny. Best of luck!

My sister has the same problem and she waxes it. I think she uses the Brazilian wax by Sally Hansen. Ten bucks give or take.
She use to shave and use hair remover too, having similar problems. She is a fan of waxing now. You may want to try it. The hair definitely grows back slowly and eventually disappears.

Waxing is good and will appear less but only in time! i am a beauty therapist and what i suggest to you is Electroylsis!
ELECTROYLSIS GETS RID OF THE HAIR ALTOGETHER AND IT DOESNT GROW BACK!!
Electroylsis is a needle inserted into the hair follicle, then electrical current is passed through from the machine, to the needle and out, this burns the hair root and destoys it, then the hair is pulled out and with the hair the follicle should come out with it, if it does this means that the hair will not grow again.
This will work but with a series of treatments but with ur problem area it is good because it is a small area to be covered, so can be dont with at least 4 visits!
if you are funny with needles dont worry because it is the tinyest thing ever an does even hurt just feels like a little scrating.
Also the electrical current can feel like its burning but this just means its working! :D
I hope i have helped you!? good luck in whatever you decide to do! Xx

physique hair is favourite. i'm hispanic besides. it rather is a significant discomfort! as quickly as you commence waxing or shaving it fairly is going to become something you may desire to safeguard continuously. Shaving isn't a thank you to bypass while it contains something different than underarms and legs. Waxing is expensive and slightly painful even nevertheless it works. Threading is great it hurts however the hair dosen't advance back thick or something. Nair works great basically dont burn your self by skill of leaving it on too long. Your 13 years old so i could permit you be responsive to to no longer mess with component to your physique people cant see. in case you will do something on your face do no longer till you be responsive to you will carry on. no longer something seems worse than 5o'clock shadow. good success!

Depending on how much hair there is you could try either plucking or waxing. A professional wax job in that area shouldn't cost more than fifty dollars or so. Plucking is, of course, free, but it will take a while and be more painful.

Try waxing it. When I go for my brazilians, my esthetician hits that as well and tweezes what is missed.
btw...I've had both waxing and electrolysis done by professionals and can tell you that while waxing can be uncomfortable, electrolysis hurts like hell!!

waxing is cheap, you can get wax strips that will work effectively, or go to a salon. You could also try epilation but that does work out expensive!!!
