Not at all. Just enjoy it, then go back to what you were doing. You can also make sure to exercise a little extra if you're feeling extra guilty about that slice of cake.

Just get back on the routine, don't let a slip-up ruin your goals.

I can only answer for myself, so here goes: I make it a point to do the "junk food" thing on weekends. If I don't, I'll go crazy the rest of the week. So far in just a couple of months, I've managed to drop 26 pounds. And no, I'm not taking any diet pills. Just eating sensibly the other 5 days and getting moderate exercise.

Hope this helps.

hi
Two days of eating junk food will not affect your effort of losing your weight. Also it depends on the type of junk food you had. pl be careful about too much of fat and LDL form of cholesterol as it is not good for heart.Better avoid eating them. Have a balanced neat diet

Still want to lose weight well then get back on track and start again, small steps 1 to 2 pounds per week otherwise those small binges will turn on you and more weight will be added to the pounds that you want to remove. Exercise, and drink lots of water.

I'm a little more loose on the weekend with my food intake. I allow myself to go out to eat and perhaps having ice cream. But in moderation. I don't eat a whole gallon of it, or eat a huge pizza...in moderation it's fine...just do an extra half hour on the treadmill...you'll be fine!

No.. Actually, if you don't ever eat junk food (or a very small amount), then it'll actually be GOOD for you, since it'll speed up your metabolism, which will make you lose more weight. =)

No but you can't do that very often! Get back on track and treat yourself once in a while. It makes it easier to stay on track.

Good luck!!!

just keep the amount you eat a little below a plate of healthy food... then you won't gain very much...
