You would have to get the State Employers withholding information from your State

Social Security is 6.2% of the first $97,500 in wages for 2007.

Medicare is 1.45% of all wages earned.

Federal withholding rates are in IRS Pub 15, Circular E, Employer's Tax Guide. You can get that at the IRS website.

State withholding tables are available from your state's tax department website.
