(reffering back to the movie) why do exes ring up exes and tell them stuff like "oh im getting married" or similar stuff
Id have thought that was quite a low thing to do and quite sad to be honest ok im only a 20yr old male so most people maybe saying your too young to understand but seriously why do people do this to each other its sad isnt it?

honestly, its for yourself. Its kinda to note for bioth people that there is no going back into their relationship. To inform them that you have moved on and you (generally) wish them best. ITs not a sadistic thing to do, its meant to be a genuine thing to do, so that it comes directly from you, rather than from the postman!

I don't understand this either,maybe to rub there noses in but at the end of the day what business is it of theres.I am certainly not bothered whether my ex knows i am married or not as i have moved on and am happy.I totally agree it is very sad.........

oh i love that film watched to its kinda for yourself in away its a look at me look at how good my life is without you kinda thing its also to prove a point that you have moved on but when you think about it have you really moved on if you have to tell your ex so?? don't think i have answered your question just asked another lol when i got married i never told my ex didn't see the point

i presume they either still love that ex or want to make them jealous in some way either way yes quite sad if they still love ex should just tell them and dump partner or if its to get them jealous then they need to grow up
