Yes! How horrible!!!!!!!!!11 I hope this sorry excuse of an uncle is sitting in jail somewhere rotting and growing roots for a very loooooong time. That poor girl.

MENTALLY, if she (you?) has overcome that traumatic experience moved on with her life and there are not any lingering demons, it is completely understandable and acceptable for her own well being to consider herself a virgin.
Applause for overcoming such a traumatic life altering horrific experience !!

Yeah, she can't be considered a virgin. If she said she was, they guy would think she's lying because it wouldn't feel the same. She can however be open about it with her first partner so they are understanding.
