I am not sure but i think that Zonia is an uncommon female first name and a very rare surname. Most Common Female Names in the U.S.
Zonia was a girl, Born in the Canary Islands of Spain, and raised in Venezuela in between the amazing mountains and valleys of Lara, Zonia has always had passion to work with her hands. , It all started as a game, since she was a little girl and she used to spend hours in between paintings and works with made out of clay, decorating her life and at the same time without knowing it, letting her creative gift develop and grow.

The girl's name Zona \z(o)-na\ is of Latin origin, and its meaning is "girdle". The name of the stars that make up the belt in the constellation of Orion.
And on further thought it reminds me a bit of Ozone,

Just kinda makes me think of Ultraviolet light.

It's a derivative of Zona, which is Latin for belt or sash. I don't know where it is 'usually found'.
