Don't tell a guy that you like them! Wait until they make a move, or if they say it first. If you like a guy, it's good enough that you show it in your actions.
You should provide some more information about the guy. Different guys, require different strategies.
If he's shy, go slow. If he's been looking at you only recently, let him look a little longer. He won't be going anywhere if he's shy... or if he really likes you. If you guys make eye contact, smile (with both your eyes & mouth), then look away. When you bump into each other, do the same thing, but add a "Hi". Let this happen a couple times, and then later on, if there's still a connection between both of you (you should be able to feel it, and see it in his eyes) and he still hasn't made a move, you can "give him an opening"... if he's the "good" student type, ask him a question about class (or better yet, ask him if you can ask him a question OUTSIDE of class, maybe after school or via MSN).... but ideally, you shouldn't have to make any first moves.
If he's NOT shy, is outgoing, & has lots of friends, you should let the guy do all the work. Stay with the smiles, the eye contact, and the "Hi"s, these signals should be enough.... but don't make any other first moves.
No notes either!!! One rule of love - leave no written evidence until after you're together with somebody. That stuff could get spread around very easily, if it gets in the hands of the wrong people.
Best of luck in love!!!

If you have any classes together, say something about an assignment or something, just to get a conversation started. Then he'll see you're approachable. Start out with a general everyday topic, and then he'll see you're easy to talk to. Some guys won't approach a girl for fear of rejection. Just say something to him and let nature run its course.

The guy probably likes you so you for who you are so I think you should start by being who you are. Oh and if he is looking at you sometimes he obviously like you. I had a thing like this happen to me a guy liked me, but it couldn't work out because i don't do well with long distant relationships.

Just tell him or pass him a note!! If you pass the note than start by saying hey and ask him what he is going to do this weekend or how his weekend went! This should help strike up a convers.. and then everything should fall in place! GOOD LUCK!!

Just be calm, be yourself and just walk up to him and say hi or hey wuts up. Then as the days go on, talk to him more and more everyday until you get to know him.
