Cut out potatoes, pasta and bread. I promise you, you'll see a difference!
Also run up and down the stairs, go for a walk and try doing some Pilates. You should have a stomach of rock after doing Pilates for a couple of months!

Eat a diet high in protein, low in carbs and fat and avoid bloating foods such as wheat.Only for a short while though as this is not a long term sensible solution cos you will need carbs for energy.Carry on the crunches increasing the repetitions.Drink plenty of water as well.

Hi, i am in same situation but i gotta get into a bridesmaid dress.
I have been eating healthy for a week and lost 5lbs and i have also been taking water tablets - which gets rid of water/fluid you hold in your body, i have noticed my tummy is flatter. Only take these just before and during your period though.

Cut out wheat in any form, it bloats your stomach. That includes lager! Pilates is great, slow and steady. Also you could book yourself a Colonic, it really makes you feel better and leaves your tummy flatter. That and invest in some magic knickers!!

Okay I have great advice for this, the easiest way is to get a corset for the prom. You can wear it under your dress and noone will know. You can get a good quality one that's not too tight but flattens you out. It's the simplest solution and noone can see it under the dress.

Crdio is great and fast because you'll lose weight in your whole body, not just the tummy. Have you tried pilates? Buy a pilates dvd and start toning your abs, they worked great for me

pilates is great for flattening the tummy, but you have to burn some fat so do cardio too. I also use a torso track, it works miracles and reshapes your arms and shoulders too. It gets your heart rate going too so it is great for fast reshape of the tummy- and is affordable too (99.00) will fit under bed
