Yes you can. As others have said, leave it in the box with the prescription label on it.

When you travel you should ALWAYS carry your prescription meds in your carry on or purse. You never know when you may need them in the middle of a flight, if your flight is delayed, or if your bags will make it to your destination.

I don't know what you're allergic to that you'd need to use your Epi-Pen, however, if it's a food allergy you could possilbly encounter it during your fight. It's better to carry it with you and not need it than to not carrry it and need it.

For more info on travlers with disabilites and what the TSA allows and doesn't allow visit the TSA's website http://www.tsa.gov/travelers/airtravel/specialneeds/index.shtm This link will bring you to their Traveler's With Disablities and Medical Contitions page.

You can bring an epi-pen with you, just make sure that it is in the original packaging and the prescription on the epi-pen matches your name on the ticket.

Yes, I do this all the time (I fly close to 100 times a year). As long as the name on the prescription matches the name on the ticket you will be fine.

Yes you can. It is allowed in your check luggage (I know that for sure). This site might help you even though that it is for carry on luggage.

yes. And if you have the perscription label on the box it would speed things up at security.
