I did.
When this first surfaced, I dismissed it as another fairy tale like In Search of Noah's Ark. After watching both the original show and the commentary afterwards, I am much less dismissive.
While it is impossible to prove that the tomb is or is not the tomb of Jesus and while biblical "scholars" will never accept it, I found the case to be compelling. Occam's razor would argue in favor of this being the tomb. It is the easiest explanation requiring the fewest leaps of faith.
I was particularly taken with the idea of Jesus's son Judah being the "beloved disciple" of John. John's references to him make much more sense if this was the case.
If I was still a christian I would welcome this discovery as confirmation of the existence of Jesus. The idea that some corpse got up and walked never played a big role in my christianity and nothing proposed in the documentary in any way demeans or diminishes his teachings.

I watched it. All I really saw was a lot to be done. There was no real evidence presented against it in the fairer follow up program, just holes in what was presented. But I saw a lot of holes.
If they would take the DNA from the bones, get a really good map of the family in the crypt, and it matched the way it should, you would have a solid case. But they didn't do that. And I saw a bunch of other loose ends that could be tied up.

I watched it. It put up a good argument for it really being the tomb of jesus, but there is no way for anybody to ever know for sure.

I did and I am very significant.
I found the concept interesting, the actual show boring, the science questionable. They really jumped the shark by bringing in the James Ossuary.
Note to filmmakers, if you want to be taken seriously, don't bring a forged archaeological piece that is currently in litigation into your argument.
I think the important thing related to this docudrama is to accept that there are more questions that need to be asked and we really don't know anything about this Jesus guy.

I watched it up until he started crawling into the tomb and then I realized how boring it was and changed the channel.
