First of all you're not fat!
But if you want to lose weight the fastest way is exercising and eating right. Just try to eat whole grains, the only fat you should use is extra virgin olive oil, do not fry anything. Eat more veggies and fruit.
Try to get at least 60 mins of exercise 5 days a week.

The best thing for anyone who is overweight is not to think about "the shortest time". That will only lead to failure and yoyo dieting. The best thing is to gradually change your lifestyle so that you are exercising more and eating less food and healthier food. That way your body will gradually adjust and you will stay in good health. And when you have lost the weight you need to lose, you won't worry about regaining it.
