Uhhh you can't MAKE anyone like you like that....I mean not if they know and still don't feel it.
Trust me...if you love your best friend...suck it up and be his friend....don't try and go for it...you're only gonna hurt like crazy until you move on!

This may sound harsh but if he does not feel the same then you cannot make somebody feel the same.If your best friend did have feelings for you then your situation would have changed,to be completely honest just act normal around him and if you find this difficult then sit him down and tell him how you feel but that if he does not feel the same then you`ll understand and try to move on and find somebody who will return those feelings.Your best friend might not want to jeopardise the friendship that you have as once you cross that line and things don't turn out right then you would have ruined a perfectly good friendship...........good luck.

You can't change someone's mind unless they want to change it. You can't make someone like you. Sorry. If he knows you like him but he still hasn't changed anything then I take it he isn't interested in that kind of relationship with you. He probably would just like to stick with being friends. Don't bother messing up a good friendship.

If he is your best friend, he knows you pretty well and would notice if you are acting different to try to impress him. I don't think that you really have a chance to change his mind to make him like you, he should know you pretty well and he obviously just wants to be friends if he knows you like him and isn't doin anything about it. I know it isn't what you wanna hear, but you need to try to get over your infatuation with him, you shouldn't change to make someone like you.

You have to forget about him. If you push things too much then you'll lose his friendship. You can't make someone like you. Even if you convince him to give it a go, do you really want to nag someone into going out with you? It wouldn't feel good, as the saying goes, 'there's plenty more fish in the sea'. All the best.x.

Unless if you've been friends since you were babies, the only reason that a guy hangs out with a girl is because he's hoping for more eventually. Just tell him flat out that you want to actually start dating. If he says no, things are going to be weird after you tell him. But, you probably won't be able to "un-like" him, so there's only one path you can take from now on.

Seeing that you told him how you felt, it is shaky on how he feels about you. He may like you as well, but doesn't exactly know how to tell you, as in gathering the right words. Then again he may not like you the way you like him. He may be keeping quiet in order to avoid hurting you. But the best thing I could tell you is to show affection, but don't come on strongly and don't let him take advantage of you. Gradually work your way to his heart. Hopefully, you'll make him comfortable enough to speak out on how he feels about you.

I think you need to talk to him and sort out in your mind what is more important, you liking him or his friendship. At least find out how he feels about you, he may like you too. But if he doesn't you can't 'make him like me' or 'change his mind'.

Look, im sure your friendship is very presious
take it from someone on the other end
I knew my best friend was feeling me, but I didnt want to pursue him because I liked our friendship more
and it made me feel uncomfortable..trying to be romantic.
and we tried, it didnt work and till this day things have never been the same.
dont push it, continue to be his friend
and if it is meant to be something will happen in time on its own
GOOD LUCK!
