Am I so wrong to want a life as I have told my best mate that who is male that I only just ever want to be mates. But the thing is I went and got my self a bf and didn't tell him cos I didn't want to hurt him I accidently ended up sending him a text msg which said about my new bf to him by mistake - in the midst of an arguement with another of my friends. He hates me now but I dont see I have done anything wrong as I have been straight with him right from the start and even told him if he wants to walk away that I would understand - Should I stay single for the rest of my life - am I in the wrong - am I so wrong to want a life. - am I so wrong to want to fall in love am I asking too many questions - I'm in a serious pickle.

I have told him I'm sorry although I had an arguement with the other mate I apologised to both him for sending it and the other mate for accusing her of sending.

i think hes more hurt at the fact you never told him you had a boyfriend and you lied to him about wanting to be single. If the guys totally hung up on you then keeping him as a best friend was a big mistake. If he knew that there was never any way that you and him would be together then its your lies that have hurt him and youve got some serious grovelling to do girl. Youre alowwed a life just remember theres other people in it and do go hurting them. 1 lie turns into 2 into 3.... you get my drift. good luck

Boys want to be told in person and not over a mobile phone, as then they know you are confident enough to ask him out. So that he trully loves you. So, no wonder why he said no you picked messenging him on a mobile phone rather than telling him straight face to face.

you should of told him you had a bf , he found out by you txtin him by mistake no wounder he is hurt , just tell him your sorry an hope for the best he will hopefully forgive you when his feelings have had some time to heal .

He is hurt and bent out of shape. Let him know that he still is a special friend to you but that is it. If he cant take that then he has allot of growing up to do in the first place.
