what I am asking is: Is the impossible happening, beyond nature since it is strange to us or the essence of nature since God created it?

As long as it's fathomable within the human mind nothing is impossible, maybe improbable but not impossible.

When natural phenomena or someone else's decision making has perfect timing. Those were times that I have witnessed believers claim a miracle occured. At least in the modern day. Nothing as moving as the prehistoric miracles of the Old Testament.

Hypernatural? that is a new word to me. But it does seem similar to one of the questions I often ponder.
Basically does God interfere with physics? Did God set everything up so that miracles are basically acts of nature but predestined to occur at set times or does he directly dabble with and occasionally interfere with physics to make miracles occur.
(ie a supernova may be the wise mans star. God could set that up ahead of time. The red (or reed) sea parting then crashing over the Egyptians could be due to a tsunami occurrence. God could set that up to happen at the appointed time.)
God made the physics of the universe so orderly I have trouble believing he messes with it. I think communication with our souls is within a a completely different dimension than our physical measurable world and in that he is active.

Well... The thing is that, just because you can't explain how something happens doesn't make it impossible.
Foe starters, you can't prove there is a God, but you can't prove there isn't one. Same thing with every unexplainable act, Scientist will tell you they will some day finds a scientific approach to resolve it and religious people will tell you that God acts in mysterious ways.
I think the only true fact here is that We Don't Know. we can't explain them, so your question has no known answer.
