Why isnt it ever going to happen?

I think the only solution is to move out! Imagine how awful you are gonna feel when she brings a guy back to the house!!!!! No way!! you have to leave for your sanity!

Get a hobby that occupies a lot of your time away from the flat, spend more time at the gym, or just out, not at home.

You also can put in for more time at work, the added bonus is you make more money, and you are not sitting at home thinking about your X.

In addition, being out, and not sitting at home will increase your chances of finding someone new, and moving on.

Well, you have 2 options.

1. you tell her how you feel and see if she will give it another chance...forgive and forget if it has anything to do with that...if you love her that much then obviously something is there to hold on to, she has to be special.
or
2. find someone new to occupy your mind or try your best to ignore her. you just might fall for the other girl and she wont be on your mind. if you ignore her you dont have to communicate with her so she wont be on your mind as much and you dont have to stress.

i would probably try the first one. maybe she still likes you, there is nothing wrong with taking a chance...good luck.

My that must be hard for you. However, if cannot avoid meeting her you need to talk to her. Could you possibly take a wee holiday and give yourself a chance to think things over.

You don't want to be hasty in what you do or how you respond. Perhaps she is feeling the same way and you need to discuss a few things.

All the best to you both actually!

well, there is a saying "don't crap where you eat" and it means that you shouldn't date anyone that you have to encounter everyday...because of this problem, but that you know, and are dealing with... so i would say, communicate with her, tell her that you feel this way and if possible as if she could not take this route in school to get to her classes, or not meet on a regular basis at lunch, etc (anything that you might be able to make steps to avoid her...) but if it a place she has to go, work etc... then i would ask management if there is anything you can do to be repositioned in the building or location... anything outside of that is going to take self-discipline to control those feelings... but i would still talk to her... and tell her how you feel, cause they wa you wrote this question puts a lot of detail into the idea you still like her, so mady you don't want to know how to stop thinking of her, but maybe you can salvage the relationship, and be with her... i don't know what happened, but people forget that as humans we have to communicate alot more than we think... people cannot read our minds, so we have to go out of our way to communicate how we feel... talking is a nessisary, but there are other ways to communicate... but please talk to her... mend the relationship.... if at all possible....
GOOD LUCK, God Bless,
-Todd

Don't look at her! Just joking! Be honest and tell her how you feel. I'm not sure of the reason you broke it off, but tell her what is on your mind. Honesty is the best way to go! Good luck.

so... im guessing SHE broke up with YOU, if u still love her. well, if thats the case, then just remember that she didnt love you. thats probably why she broke up with u. if she didnt like you, you dont need to be with her anyway. find someone who can return the feelings in full and u should be happier in the end.

woah woah wait...she lives with you? Is that what flatmate means?
Wow! If that's the case...I'm afraid you need a new "flatmate" or you need to move and let her have the place....
If not, it's gonna be impossible to move on...
Sorry sweetie...lotsa love...
