He is a special guy to meand he is one of the guy that i don't want to lose(aside form my bf). He asked me to have sex with him 'cause he said that he is comfortable with me.He said he is not comfortable with his gf.I love my bf so much.how can i say NO to him without getting him disappointed?

Me, I would have to sit down for a bit and think. Does your best friend just want sex or does he really like you?
Then as far as your bf and his gf, if your best friend really likes you, you're going to have to break someone's heart. I know it's mean, but it's going to happen and you cant really avoid it.

You say, No. Its as simple as that. If he's such a great guy, he's going to understand that you don't want to screw up your relationship with your BF. He's also go a GF, and if he's not happy with her than he should dump her and move on in his life...and leave YOU out of it.
And if HE had any scruples at all (which it doesn't sound as if he does) he would never have propositioned you in the first place. I would think twice about having him as a "best friend" because this guy sounds like trouble.

Speaking for my self, if a (girl) friend asked me to have sex when I am in a relationship with another girl, I would say no. I don't believe in cheating on someone I am in a relationship with no matter what.

That was disrespectful towards you, your boyfriend, and this guy's girlfriend! I don't care how much you care about him, he doesn't seem like the kind of friend you should have!
I'd lose him... but you if you don't want to lose him enough to leave him on the spot:
tell him "No!" and then see what he does afterwards, if he leaves you, you didn't really matter to him!
