Yes, its a good camera, its easy to point, good shooting, nice exposure, larger display (2,4 inches) and the manual mode works a lot!
i have one and i not disappointed.

I actually bought this camera just last week. I have a Sony Alpha SLR but I wanted something small and cheap to just stick in my pocket and always have with me. So far, I'm quite pleased with it. For a small, inexpensive camera, it focuses and fires quickly. The focus is sharp and the color balance is good. I actually bought a display model for $79 at Circuit City, so it was a real bargain.

sounds as good as my digital camrea, which is only 5mp and comes out well. So even though I've not tried it I'd say yes 5mp is insane just for a phone.
