Some body has stolen my window xp professional vision 2002 sp2 cd & norton anti viros cd. is it posibale to track down who stolen my cd's.Ex-when they try to regester through internet.

you wont be able to track them yoruself - but suggest calling the affected companies - do you have your serial# info -

You'd have better luck thinking back to who has been in and around your computer lately. Don't think anyone can find these things other than you in this way. They surely wouldn't try to register stolen property but even if they did not suspicious as computers trade hands by the dozens on an hourly basis.

The Windows genuine validation tool might get them when they try update.

is it possible - probably - IF they decide to register. would microsoft or norton help? highly unlikely.
