Someone recommended egg whites instead of whole eggs. Do I just fry them up or boil them? How do you eat them?

You can have them flavoured any way you like. I tried this for a while and I found it hard on digestion. I suggest if you want to do it and want some added flavour use one whole egg and the rest as egg whites(for omelets or somesuch). This boosts just the protein.

Also keep in mind that you can buy omega 3 eggs now, which also have essential fatty acids to make you super healthy.

Ick, no...sorry. The whites alone aren't good for you. You need to consume the total egg. Of course, do buy eggs from a local farmer or at the very least the ones labeled organic in the grocery store. FYI, those eggs labeled free range vegetarian are not telling the truth. Free range chickens, the ones like mine who get to run about all day, eat anything that comes their way; bugs, worms, mice; their own eggs.

The yolks in a wholesome free range chicken egg have the perfect fat for the body to use.

I scamble them with a little skim milk and veggies(mushrooms, peppers, onions) If you're new to egg whites, try one whole egg and 2 egg whites for a few days, the go to 100% egg whites.

You separate the yolk from the white and in a grease free bowl whip them up until light and fluffy.

While you are doing this prepare pan for an omlette and cook accordingly.

If you are not going to use your yolks send them to me or give them to someone who will! Like me!
