are you sure you're reading that right? my top systolic(top number) is usually 110-116 but my diastolic(bottom) is around 69-75. if that diastolic is right you should see a doctor immediately. generally the bottom number shouldn't be lower than 50. the link below is the wikipedia arcticle for hypotension(low blood pressure.) fatigue is one of the symptoms for hypotension, the article has a bunch more listed as well. i would definitely make an appointment with the doctor asap to make sure the reading wasn't done wrong, or it's not a fluke thing. they will probably monitor your pressure over a short period of time to see if it's always that low, then decide on a course of action from there.

Blood pressure measurements don't count for anything if you've been walking around. Ideally, you should be sitting down for at least 5 minutes or so. Blood pressure also can vary during the day, so it's best to get measurements from similar times during the day. No caffeine in the morning either. These measurements should be repeated on a few separate occasions. Some people get "white coat hypertension" when they go to the doctor's office because they are nervous. Probably blood pressure medicines wouldn't kill you. But you don't necessarily need blood pressure medicines if your blood pressure is only high while active. When doctors study the effects of high blood pressure, they study the effects of people who are diagnosed with it as described above. You are probably at no higher cardiac risk from your blood pressure.

There is no benchmark for identifying low blood pressure - Blood pressure is too low if it is causing problems.
Fatigue is a symptom that can be caused by low blood pressure, but there are many reasons why a person may be lethargic and tired. I would bet if these are your only symptoms, they might not be caused by low blood pressure. If blood pressure is low enough to cause problems, a person would usually have additional symptoms like cold-feeling skin, dizziness when you stand up after sitting, or any number of things. You could schedule a wellness blood test and check up with your doctor to screen you for possible causes for the lethargy.

That is a normal blood pressure and does not account for feeling tired. Many people make assumptions that things like blood pressure or "low blood sugar" make them feel tired.
