All those are wrong anwers, Jessica in Spanish is Jesusa. Michelle is Micaela. Your name Jessica for a boy like in Jessy is Jesus so you are Jesus or Jesusa.

There is no Spanish translation for:
Jessica or Jessie
Michelle or Michele (micaela is incorrect
Wouldnt worry about it because Jessica and Michelle are beautiful names!

Some of the other people have already given this answer, but I'll answer anyway.
In northern parts of Mexico, they are pronounced the same as in English (from my experience). I don't know about the rest of the spanish-speaking world. Where I was born, I think I remember seeing Jessica written with a "Y" instead of a "J", but I'm not so sure.
