How far is Flamino village from Rome city centre and what is good value accomodation in centre?

Flaminio Village is in the north side of Rome!
You can go there by Lungotevere, or by Via Flaminia that starts from Piazza del Popolo.
Not so far, I think it's about 2-3 km, you can use bus.
