Depends on what you mean by signs.....Are you talking about end of times signs? Or just signs in general of his existence?
The signs of the Heavenly Father's presence is all around, in everything as He created all the is and will be. The signs of the end of time are also around you if you follow Bible prophecy. Increases in knowledge, increases in transportation, and in material wants and needs. A major factor is the increase in frequency and intensity of weather. These are to name a few....

Sometimes what appears to be signs is just God expressing the way he feels. so basically he is telling you something, about the way he feels about the situation.
I felt his presence intervene to me once, because he was, and said to me in my head,"I am happy with you"
I have these ESP feelings that some are warnings of danger or spirits helping me either out of danger or due to my prayers. Dreams that come true, some are warnings of what's to come, and to prepare for it or change the problem before it occurs.

one time i saw a stop sign....and i stopped. if i had not stopped a car might have hit me but it probably wouldnt have cause it wasnt very busy
