What does offend you about Islam?

For Muslims and Non-Muslims:Wat do not you like about Islam?

Nothing about Islam offends me. I admire those who really are true Muslims, who do not drink, do not smoke, prays 5 times a day and [for those exceptional] have only one wife.

What offends me are PEOPLE who belonging to a group (Christians, Atheists, Muslims, etc,..) or by their own crooked belief think of themselves higher or better than anyone.

I think many complicated thinkers, complicate the true meaning of the Jihad to the extent that its meaning became crooked and bent to their interpretation based on their own selfishness and pride.

What offends me most about Islam is when I see photos of Saddam Hussein kissing the Koran, and Muslims quickly dismiss him as a real Muslim. I am offended when someone like Osama bin Laden laughs about murdering 3,000 people that were just going to work one day, and then Muslims say those people had what was coming to them because they were not Muslims. That's insane to me. Christians and Jews don't laugh at people in India or China when they are killed by a giant landslide or some other natural disaster. What offends me most about Islam is that Muslims don't seem to have any tolerance for anyone that is not Muslim.

OK. Gonna generalise here I'm afraid.

I don't know enough about Islam to be offended by it. I know, I should study some more, but time and inclination...

So all I'd say is that I do wonder if there isn't a bit of a problem trying to live your life in the 21st century by the standards and beliefs of the 7th century. Or the 1st for that matter.

Having said that my Muslim friends are nice, caring, sensitive people. Generous too. Their practices fit well into my creed of 'Be excellent to each other'.

So maybe like many religions it's less to do with the faith itself and more to do with what people do in its name? Just a thought.

Well, Islam has killed four million people in the Sudan because they didn't want to bow to Islam. None of Islam objects to it. In Islamic nations, if you're not Islamic, you pay higher taxes and have to live in fear. Facts here people...do some research.

Islam is just plain evil...but some are trying to say it's a peaceful religion. Ha. Yeah right. Go look at the facts. It's a religion of forcing people by the edge of the sword.

What offends me is that people are wiling to believe that all Muslims (a billion people) are all terrorists. Now, I just became a Muslim this January. Before that I didn't like Islam at all. However, I had common sense and intelligence to know that not every single Muslim that I'm going to spot has a bomb. Also, what infuriates me is that people assume that Muslims are not speaking against terrorist actions when they are. I hate it when people say this. By doing this, they show that they know nothing of Islam and of people speaking against terrorism. They can look on the internet and find organizations. Also, many Muslims are trying to work to support their family and get an education. They are people just like everyone else and for people to make rude remarks about them is just wrong. People ought to be ashamed of themselves. How can we fight against terrorism when people are acting against peaceful Muslims?

UM......Everything I do not like about it.
It is a cult
It wants to destroy Israel
It is a big crybaby
it thinks nothing of desecrating our HOLY sites but blood must run in the streets over a cartoon!!??
it is silly and dangerous
it is oppressive
it does not worship GOD ALMIGHTY
it seeks to take away from the awesome work that JESUS did on the Cross
on and on and on and on and on and on..............oh yea, it also teaches innocent children to desire their own death and to be murders.
if it weren't for these "few" things and probably a few more, it would be just fine.
