Call your doctor NOW. This isn't something to delay about. Any spotting or bleeding during pregnancy is potentially serious. Since you have another possible problem, there's no time to delay.
Go to the doctor as soon as possible.

For about the first 2-3 months I was pregnant I would spot around the time I should have been having my period. Just spotting, nothing more. I, of course let me OB know, which I think you should do the same.
It's always better to be safe than sorry.
