That their is a hole in the condom??Should this not be obvious?

well the hole is really small sometimes so they might not notice, it happens... if your in this situation get the morning after pill, you can take it up to 72 hours after you've had ex...

The condom comes rolled up. The hole might be in the part that's rolled up - or, it might be very small before you roll the condom on, and it gets bigger when it has to stretch to accomodate the penis. Maybe you should check the condom after you roll it on him and before he sticks it in you (because it would be easier for you to see than it would for him, since you're eyes would be closer to it than his would.)

Not necessarily. He may not have seen it there, usually there is only a little amount of lubrication inside of it which may have not been enough to squeeze out of the little hole.

It depends on where the hole is, how big it is, and when it breaks.
Most of the time you can tell that something is different, but not always.
