What kind of maintenance does a STUCCO house require? I live in southeastern US.?

Is it existing or are you building new?

We built 29 years ago a stucco brick. The stucco contractor offered to put the color in the stucco. It is cream and has never had to be painted. It does need to be pressure washed and sealed every 5 to 8 years.

If it is an existing house that was painted it will need to be repainted as needed. (These are from a Florida resident.)

paint your home every other year. it will look good and not crack as much.
