Every girl likes home decorating shops, They have nice throw blanket for your sofa and wall hangings (pictures and such) There are even places like Bed & bath, that sell a huge variety of home stuff. Most places now have a wedding registry on-line, so ask your friend if she has been registrar some place, This is were she has gone and picked things that she wants as a gift, you don't necessary need to buy from the place, but she/he has made suggestions and you can go from there..Happy Shopping

when i got married we got 2-3 of every useless thing you can imagine. the most helpful gift was envelopes with cash. some may think that is a thoughtless gift but, the person that gives cash has worked long and hard to earn it and understands that starting a new life together costs money. and seriously how do you make a down payment on a house with 4 toasters an area rug and silver flatware?
fancy pretty stuff is great if you have a house to use it in but if you don't have a house it's all just useless junk.

Okay, for her "Bachelorette Party" get her a really sexy type of Langerie, with like feathered high-heeled, slippers, to match.. then for her wedding, get them something they can use for the house, like a really nice, knife set, on a wood block, where they stick-out of the wood, you know.. Or maybe some plants, or dishes, or just about anything she doesn't already have.. Even a nice copy of Monei's art work, something along those lines.. An art picture is what I meant... Just be creative, hun!! She'll appreciate the thought more than anything, trust me on this one!! Good luck shopping for her/them!!! Smile!!!!

Ask her if she is registered in a department or specialty store. Otherwise an American Express Gift Card would be great so that she can buy anything she needs. Or money. Are you invited to the wedding? If you are, then give her money.

If your friend has listed her requests with a bridal registry, it's best to go with something she wants or needs from the selections on the registry. If she's not registered anywhere and is leaving it up to you, you could buy her something she will always remember and relate back to you. Perhaps a special moment you shared reminds you of something that would bring the fondness back for both of you. If she is religious perhaps something that relates to the bond she is entering into with her husband.

Your friend may need to furnish her home or apartment. You can get her a gift card at Bed, Bath and Beyond, so she can pick up what she needs.

Gift card from a credit card issuer. They can be used as credit cards anywhere, but probably cannot be redeemed for cash.

Find out if she's registered somewhere and go from there. If she isn't just ask her what she would like or what she needs.

Good luck!
