i have 2 things for u
first
winrar
do u have that?
if not
http://www.download.com/WinRAR/3000-2250-10007677.html
now go to the files u have
right click and select open...or open with
select winrar
and u should then see files
extact them to a specified folder..( desktop...my documents)
then go to folder and u will see files now
or go here and download this
http://www.pcwelt.de/downloads/tools_utilities/packer/103470/

one more thing
mvs is not the file type i believe
if u have downloaded a movie
mvs is the author of the movie most likley...it is a maven movie...it should be a bin/cue file
u will need nero or power iso to open it...or the vlc media player
bin/cue files are made to be burned to a CD..not a dvd
if u use nero
open nero burning rom..select add file...go to folder that movie is in...u will see a cue file..add that
and burn
same with power iso

You want to put video files on a DVD to view on a television? Is that right? The best way to do it, buy a Mac and use iDVD.
