first contact her friends; know everything about her in detail.
Analise whether u r suitable for her and vice versa. If u feel that it is ok then take the steps one by one and attract her without going too far. U must be noticed by her first and donot show u r ugly teeth now and then. Be calm and the time will help you

It tends to be tricky to move from friend to girlfriend, i think the best way is to remain true to yourself and that person and try to make them see you in the way you want them to-I mean move away from being the guy friend by making subtle advances like casual dating...figure out each others common interests , I swear during all that, your eyes will meet and the sparks will fly...

just be yourself...there would be no point in changing yourself so she finds you attractive cos then if you get together your find yourself with little or nothing in common. The best relationships are those built on really close trusting friendship

be yourself.......talk to her call her hint that you like her eventually she'll get the hint and then you can tell her ur true feeling because if you never tel her you'll regret it for a long timme
