Incapable on what? Do you mean, in so called successful material achievements? Many spiritual men are rich, for example Alfred Brush Ford, the great-grandson of automobile magnate Henry Ford. But, anyway, the success of spiritual men is, to get rid of material desires, and all material success are like pieces of broken glass in the street. The spiritual men want to achieve the highest and ultimate goal of human form of life, that is going back home back to Godhead.
Whatever possessions a materialistic men achieve in this life, great they may be , are compare like castles made of sand in the beach, when a wave comes, everything is finish. When the waves of time in the form of death come to the materialistic person, the only thing he can do is only cry and lamenting like child.
Spiritual men does not mean that they are useless in society.
What human society need is spiritualism, and not live like cats and dogs in this chaotic society.

No. Real men love Jesus. It takes no effort to do whatever you want. It takes great effort to be a man of God. I'm so thankful for my real man who loves Jesus. I don't know what you are saying they are incapable of doing! My man is very capable!!!!
