You really cannot FORCE anyone to take a DNA test once u r over the age of 18. You can write to him and e mail him and tell him how much this means to you and hopefully one day he will see the light and agree to take the test. My real dad divorced my mom when I was only 6 weeks old and I wouldnt know him if he knocked on my door right now. I had a wonderful step father that raised me from 4 years old and up- Iam now 41. I would love to know my real father- but like you- u cannot force someone to acknowledge you as their child. Tell him how u feel and hopefully it will work out. Im so sorry for u and my heart goes out to you- I know how u feel

Why do you need to prove he is your father? Is there a specific reason or do you just need to know for sure? You can't force him to have a DNA test. You need his DNA and his consent. It seems to me like this man is trying to protect his life. If his wife found out he had a secret child born when they were married, it would obviously affect their relationship and their family. That's why he wants nothing to do with you. he's trying to forge this past and move on. He doesn't sound like a very nice man and before you get hurt even more I suggest you seriously think about whether you want to have contact with a man who refuses to acknowledge your existence. You have lived most of your life without him, why do you need him now? Good luck.

You may "want" proof (the DNA test) that he is your father but you don't "need" it. Your mom had sex with a married man and got pregnant, birth control was not so good or available back in those days. It is her you should be mad at her, not at a man who just did what men do. So what, you had a sperm donor dad, just hope none of his wayward ways were not past down in your genes.

steal a hair sample, tell his family, (bit harsh but ah well) break into his house and steal his toothbrush, can u subpoena (sp?)someone for their dna? hhm

why do you need this proof?hes not worth the bother if he does not want to know.you have your own family to worry about.surely,with his attitude you do not want him to have the pleasure of YOUR family anyway.
