Air Force, because more of your training will go towards college credits. And, if you don't want to be out to sea for 6 months + at a time (you won't be married during that time).

They each have there advantages, of course I am airforce so my opinion is bias. However if you go Navy odds are you will end up at sea for a few months, so you have to decide if thats what you want. I know in the Airforce it hasnt been to hard to maintain a normal type life, granted we deploy alot now, but in general I think the Airforce treats there people better than any other branch of service. Not to mention they push school on you alot, so if your looking to further your education the Airforce is the way to go.

That depends on what you want to accomplish with your service. Having been Air Force, Navy and Army I can speak from experience. There are pros and cons to each branch.
In the Air Force, you will probably go to one base in your first enlistment, the housing is best of all services. They generally treat there people better, however you most likely will not make rank (pay) as fast. Depending on your job selection, it is more typical of a normal job than part of the military. Air Force enlistees are generally older than their contemporary’s.
The Navy will allow you more travel opportunities, i.e. ship duty, it is a great way to see the world. Shore duty is great also. Generally you will be promoted faster with the Navy than Air Force. There is more of a team spirit with the Navy than Air force.
Army, not that you asked, however you will be promoted faster than any other branch. You will also see the world or at least the Middle East. The living conditions range from fair to dismal you will generally be treated like crap but you will be part of a large team and make more money.
Hope this helps.

I was personally in the Air Force. Loved every minute of it! I know nothing about the navy expect they are out to sea alot. The airforce deploys in rotations and its not that frequent. so when your home your home. Personally base houseing is nice, medical is nice. Everything was wonderful during my time at 3 different bases.

Consider the Army, Its the Largest, which means plenty of opportunities for advancement. Its the Fastest Promoting branch. It has the most Jobs of any branch, 200+. It has the largest enlistment bonuses. The Army living quarters and Family Housing are equal to the Air Forces

Both are top notch but I would think when it comes to choosing which one to join I would think it would all depend if you prefer water or air. Good luck and I hope you join the one that you will be happiest with.

define greater advantageous? i could agree that Germany replaced into plenty greater advantageous arranged for conflict then the U. S.. the two military and army kit have been rather greater advantageous to the U. S. in the two ships, airplane and tanks. Why is, the reason being that politics did no longer decide for to spend that plenty income retaining our military, military Air look after and army geared up with the appropriate and maximum progressed kit. Germany arranged for this by skill of training and arising their kit scuffling with in Spain's Civil conflict under Franco. they help them by skill of scuffling with the Russians who have been helping the King of Spain in the process the civil conflict. The German military had further and extra advantageous submarines, battleships and gentle-weight cruisers than anybody settle for Japan. the U. S. military replaced into antiquated and not waiting in 1940. the U. S. had greater ships yet they have been all old and not arranged to combat against German ships. the only element that saved us replaced into time to construct up the militia (business skill). We weren't on my own, even the British military replaced into additionally old. interior the long-term we had greater advantageous judgements made by skill of our scuffling with forces and have been waiting to interchange militia kit with our industries. Germany did no longer have a robust industry that replaced into self sufficient. Lacks many supplies that it had to get coal from Belgium and France and Rubber from the Pacific. consequently Germany joined with Japan to help one yet another.
