Its really hard to keep doing it as it puts your head in a bit of an unnatural position, but trust me guys love it if you give him the odd sultry glance or prolong the eye contact for a little while. Eye contact is a huge turn on during all types of sex, this is no different.
It definatly makes my man hotter if I look at him while I do it. It also shows him that you are enjoying doing it, which guys love!

Its better that's way, because you can communicate via your eyes how you enjoy it and how to encrease or reduce certain actions or styles to the maximum mutual pleasure. You can also tell each other when to stop and change for something else, or reverse the role. without uttering a single word! The message sent by the eyes to the eyes can be pleasantly devastating and dammnly saisfying! Absolutely amazing!
When I give it to my gf, she moans, yells mouth openly and shaking! I love it and know when and how to fly high with her.

LOL! I don't think I'd have a problem. There's an old joke about Sherlock Holmes. He sees three women eating bananas and he says to Watson "One of those women is a virgin. While that is nice, if you're doing the job right it is nearly impossible for the man to keep his eyes focused on anything except that spot in the back of his head. Nice question.
