Ask him where the Navy Seal school is held. It is actually called BUDS Basic Underwater Demolition School. The school is held only at Coronado Ca. In response to some of the other answers there is no height requirement I have worked with guys from the teams from 5'0" to 6'7". also just beacause someone has the training doesn't mean they will utilize it in the civilian world, some guys get out and never want to be near any of that stuff again. Seal training changes men sometimes good, sometimes for the worst. But usually if someone keeps making the comment that they are or were a Seal then they most likely were not.

Common sense will tell you he is a liar. If he is only 5'10 and weighs 300 pounds, he is way over weight to get into the program to begin with. Men who are physically fit have flunked out of Seal training, so how can this guy do it? It is HUMANLY IMPOSSIBLE.

If you doubt him, ask to see his diploma...you get one for graduating all Military Schools...if he does not have one, he did not graduate from the school....

Do you have a reason to doubt him? Some friend you are.

I agree with the other guy. Why are you doubting him?
