if you mean matron, then yes, i have been to weddings with both.(dont know what marton is lol) like if she wants her best friend and sister or something both to be her best girls, they can share the job. its not uncommon.

Yes, you can do it; no, there are no rules against it. My sister's friend did this. My sister was her maid of honor, but the bride's sister was the Matron of Honor. (A maid is unmarried, a matron is married.) The bride's sister lived too far away to do any "typical" MoH duties (plan/throw shower, etc) so my sister (the maid of honor) did all that. They both stood up at the church.

You can have two Maids of Honor, two Matrons of Honor, or whatever else you want....

Definitely nothing wrong with it! You can even have two maids or two matrons. It's your day, and tradition isn't rule, it can be broken. My sister-in-law had a maid of honor (her 16-year-old sister) as well as a matron of honor because her sister was too young to sign the marriage license as a witness. Equally, her husband chose two best men. You can do things however you want. Tailor it to what you want, and enjoy!

Anything goes now adays. Feel free to have both- usually the Matron of honor is either older or married while the maid of honor is younger and/or single. And it makes no difference who wlks down the aisle before who either. To avoid arguements and hurt feelings- go by height.

Its the 21st Century. You can do whatever you want when you get married. It is not terribly uncommon to have a Man of Honor either.

i have heard of one other person that wanted 2 "chicks" of honor, so I guess you can do what you want, but I think it's kinda dumb.....are they really that even that you cant choose between them?
