go to www.microsoft.com and there will be a green button .click on it ten you download what ever microsoft thing you want.

I got it off a cd my dad had. Ask around. Also sometimes its for download on software sites, but they are sometimes unreliable.

I know a person who got it from LimeWire... but of course I would never do that kind of thing myself.. it's illegal, don't ya know =P.
