yes. and if you are wondering if the tumor will be passed on genetically to the children, then the answer is no. tumors are growths on organs (most of the time) and cannot be genetically transferred. think of them as a scar.
EDIT - i wouldnt suggest having a child if you are currently suffering from a malignant tumor.

Brain tumor? First the person in question would need to get through surviving the brain tumor, THEN AND ONLY THEN should that person think about having kids. It would not be good for a person to decide to start having kids with a brain tumor if the doctors told the patient that they were dying (that would be selfish thing to do to a child...give birth and then leave them without a parent)..

Are you saying she is pregnant and has a brain tumour? It will depend on what kind, if it's fast growing, benign, cancer, etc.
It's very risky if they are pregnant....it's probably highly unlikely if she's only a few months along...but only a doctor can say.
If they have a brain tumour and survive it...depending on if they had chemo or not, (if they had chemo they would likely be sterile) but if radiation alone shrunk it or surgery and radiation, then probably yes.
