I'm a junior in college and I've been wanting to ask a female classmate of mine out on a date for a while. The only problem is I don't know how to approach her seeing as she doesn't know that I have these feelings for her. Can someone help me...please?

just ask her casually, showing who you really are, who knows, maybe that girl likes a weirdo.

I assume you've spoken to her before...so, like someone said, ask her to get coffee or something to eat, seeing as how you don't know how she feels at all a drink might be a bit presumptuous, besides, you said you actually want to ask her out, getting a drink in college is like a frat party waiting to happen, no girl wants that on a "first date". Or, if you're too shy to do it that way, ask her about an assignment you guys have in class, or if she wants to go over some of the material over coffee, if she says yes, of course that's a good sign, but even more, if she lets the conversation stray from school then that's a great sign.

That's really sweet :) Have you guys talked at all? Are you friends at least? If you are, then I would say that you should just try to be honest with her. Ask her to go out sometime (the movies or something still works in college, I promise). Probably not to a party (right away) because you won't get the chance to let her know you like her that way. Just be confident and try - that's all you can do. Good luck :)

Monday morning ask her if you can " talk to you for a sec?"
Say, "I know this may be a surprise but I really like you, and I'd like to take you out for dinner Saturday night. I'll let you think about it and check back with you this afternoon. OK?" Then leave her alone until afternoon. When you check back in if she says yes do a little dance, if she says no, say : "Thanks for considering it; maybe another time." If nothing else you broke the ice, you planted the seed of thought, and you can stop beating yourself up for not asking her. Good Luck

oh sweetie,,,,i know how hard it is being shy cuz i am but if i was the girl, honestly, if you just tell her you'd like to take her to lunch or grab some coffee, I'd just be happy that you asked! there's no way it could be really wierd, just try it and don't feel bad if she doesn't say yes, you'll get for confident the more you try;) good luck i really hope you guys go out and have fun!!!

As far as I've seen, women hate lack of confidence in men. With your question in mind, I'd suggest you go for it and stop asking people how to do it. Show some confidence and just try something.

Write her a note telling her that you like her, and want to invite her to dinner or a cup of coffee. Tell her you want her answer now.Do this during class time, but make sure the lecturer doesn't see you.

Good luck!

There is no exact way to get anyone to like you, so simply be yourself, and often humor is a good way to break the ice, so tell her a good joke or mimic someone you both may deem as odd...

i think you need to be confident and go right up to her and ask her to grab a bite to eat with you or sit next to her in class and just strike up conversation and then ask her out to eat the worst thing she could say is no but i think you need to ask her out before someone else does

just go up to her and tell her that you believe that you like her and would like to get to know her better
just be real with her
let your feelings out to her
and if she thinks you are a weirdo for this thatn she is not the girl for you
