Is there a such thing? Does it work? And do you know any easy workout routines for a flat stomach? (No time limit for me)

No there are no pills, and if there were it still wouldn't work. Pilates is good, but definitely not easy. Yoga is good & easy, go for that. If you are feeling particularly frisky, try power yoga. The Swiss ball is good, too and you can also get DVDs to use with them.

No.. No.. and do crunches, they work like majic.

Lay on you back put your legs together pull your legs up towards you bending at the knees ... go back down with your legs leaving them bent at the knees but do not touch the ground, Now bring them back up and repeat, that burning sensation in your stomach is what you want. No pian no gain.. is what they say.. start out slow and work your way up..
