Yes there are several.Glasgow ,Liverpool and Newcastle all have them.Then there are the tram networks which some might argue are better as they use existing railway lines but also go right into the city centres over the roads.Manchester, Sheffield and Nottingham are examples of this.

We have an underground tunnel in the garden, Think it might be something to do with Lord Dashwood and his Hellfire club. In fact the roof has just caved in. The men are trying to fix it right now.
