i got this hayfever since i migrate in japan. it's been 4 years till now.i sneeze a lot, and a very runny nose.it's not just seasonal..im suffering these all whole year. I take medicine & nasal spray but sneezing still occur.
Is there some way how to lessen these.can someone tell me pls.

My boyfriend lessened his hayfever symptoms by taking a teaspoon of locally sourced unfiltered (v. important) honey each morning on an empty stomach. He started well before the pollen season would start in England - although this doesn't seem relevant in your case. This way the body got used to the pollen in the honey and didn’t get so upset when air-bourne pollen came into contact with the body. He then got dramatic improvement by taking pollen pills from a good source in England. I've provided a link to his write up in the sources box.

Go to an allergist and do the immune therapy it takes about 4 years to do it but its well worth it

This sounds more like allergies. Have you considered getting tested for allergies and trying allergy shots.
