Well pinki...

every night before u hit bed make it a point to have 1 or 2 drops of honey in warm water(not cold). This will surely help.Don't take too much honey, just enough as i mentioned above.

u can even try this out: smash banana in a bowl, add sugar to it and pour in milk in it.... have it after dinner....

and yeah do drink lots of water and eat enough food...hope u aint dietin and stuff.....

You are not drinking enough water. Drink atleast 4-5 litres of water every day, half of it in empty stomach in the morning immediately after getting from bed before brushing or performing other morning ablutions. Also compulsorily include at least 500 gms of sour curd daily with your lunch or dinner or both. Make it a point to eat every vegetable and fruit available in the market. In ten days, you should not complain of constipation.

It is possible that you have a food allergy. If you are dong everything else, maybe you should ask your doctor for an allergy test... or do an elimination diet. Try no milk for a week and see if that makes a difference. Be careful though .. there is hidden milk in lots of foods..even bagels. Then try a week of no wheat.

I know someone that had a milk allergy and would get constipated after only having a little cheese or a piece of cake.

Good luck!

You need to start using fiber supplements and use a stool softener to keep your stools soft. Drink prune juice or eat prunes. Also you should sit on the toilet for 5 minutes every morning whether you have a BM or not to try to train your bowels. If by the third day you haven't had a bowel movement then use a suppository.

You need to cleanse your colon and liver out ASAP. Stay drinking pure water, fruits and vegetables. Do that for 7 consecutive days. Stay away from meats(esp. beef and pork), cheeses, fried foods and sweets. Be cautious of what laxatives you take as well. Some will damage your liver.

How much do you eat a day? If you have not eaten much because you have a low metabolism then you probably don't have much to get rid of either.

If you think you should be going but just aren't, try some prune juice. It works like a charm.

You need more fibre in your diet.

Try psyllium or metamucil as well as eating a high fibre cereal in the morning for breakfast. You also need lots of vegetables as well as fruit. Make sure you continue drinking lots of water when taking the fibre.
