That is impossible to answer.
In our solar system there are 9 planets, 10 apparently but we cant see the last one. In our universe an unknown amount but billions and billions. Acording to string theory though this alows everything that possible could happen too happen then the number of worlds stretches to infinity.

There have to be more worlds. Because God in very first chapter of Holy Quran says "Praise be to Allah the lord of the worlds," that shows that there are more than one worlds but how many only He knows.

for all practical purposes there is only one WORLD
yes there is other worlds (lower case letters) but we can only live on the one you are in at the moment..
don't get me on first world or third worlds as i got a dumb violation from someone who though i had a violation coming cause i tried to explain the difference..go figure..
