Call 911 or your doctor. If you do have an appendicitis, it can be life threatening. This is not a time for "alternative medicine." :)

Are you sure it is appendix pains? Are you around 10 days after your period started? It could be ovulation. That is when the egg comes out of the fallopian tube. Sometimes that really hurts and can be mistaken for Appendix pains. This can last for a whole day or two.

Otherwise, you should try and get into the doctor. Yes, most people do vomit if it is appendicitis.

Ok don't wait make an appoint for the doctor. The pain you feel is because your appendix has become inefected and the longer you wait the more chance it will rupture inside you and inside the appendix are fluids which are fluids that are very dangerous to your body and can you leave you septic (poisining) Operation is the only option if it is as you claim appendicitis

Appendicitis pain occurs in the right lower abdomen.

You may not have reached the vomiting stage yet.

I hate to tell you this but you need to go to the doctor and will likely have surgery. The sooner you see a doctor the better. Infected appendices, when they get bad, often burst.

The good news is that if you go to the doctor quickly you will not get as sick as if you had waited, and you will have a much shorter stay in the hospital ( a few days versus a week).

you have to stay put and dont move too much. i suggest you go to a nearest hospital right now. it will cause you PERITONITIS
if the appendix bust into your stomach. it will be a lot of infection
for you. that's what happened to my dad.
