you can use them for a crust for a delicious cheesecake....you can mix them in pancake batter (gross, but the little weasels like it), delicious in a milkshake or a sundae.
Mmmmmmm....

Yes, I use them in my Cookie Crumble cake. The recipe is simple. You just bake a yellow (or chocolate) cake and when it is done cooking you put vanilla or chocolate icing on the cake. Then you smash up the leftover cookies and sprinkle them onto the cake. My kids seem to like it and it gets rid of my leftover cookies.

I do this all the time....
I crush them further in the food processor and make cheesecake crusts or torte crusts out of them.
I crush them in the food processor and add them to the next batch of cookies I bake. Yes even the chocolate chip ones... simply crush / grind and toss them in the dough.
I also use these crumbs on sweet breads & pies. If you ever make a sweet bread or pie and it calls for a crumb topping, I always add about half the crumbs to half the crumb topping recipe. mmMMMmmmmm yum !
I always freeze any crumbs like this and use them the next time I bake. Super frugal here !!!

A good way to keep your cookies soft is to place a piece of bread in with them. As for recipes there are a ton. magic bars, dirt cups, on top of ice cream...try foodnetwork.com or recipes.com. nestle has a website that is an excellent source for desserts.
