Hi, you can have Chicken, Fish, plenty of Fresh Fruit & Veg, heres a recipe I do with Chicken;

Skin the Chicken Breast, place in oven proof dish, put some diced Red, Yellow & Orange Peppers in add some sliced Mango & half pint of Veg stock, cook in medium hot oven for about 20-25 mins, serve with some steamed rice

Bbq chicken - baked, and veggies

oatmeal and apple

turkey and cheese

Just type in low fat recipes, there are tons out there.

Fish

I try to keep this rule

Lean meat and veggies. Rice is good too.

Chicken. There are tons of things you can do with chicken breasts that are low-fat and high-protein. Stay away from the barbecue sauce though. Go for rubs or grill seasonings.
