in a guy: the nice guy or the bad boy?
i want to know from you. my ex is now with the bad boy type ...though i dont think they're working out anyway, i still have to ask. maybe its just cuz its something new. i dont know.

lax that makes pretty good sense. read the other question i posted today and you'll see why. it seems that she's now leaning towards the stability and romance guy in me but i don't know, she isn't sure who she wants to be with.

I go for the nice guys. There are different types of nice guys too. Nice guys tend to be more loving, supporitve, respectable, and funny. Now Bad guys on the otherhand maybe really attractive but they tend to care less and the relationships they have never really last long. I think if anybody wants to have a serious relationship they need to go for the nice guys because they have all you need in a sucessful relationship, if you find the right one =]

Most girls will fluxuate between the two thier whole dating lives. If she just came off a nice guy such as yourself, she probably is just trying out something new.

All girls mostly in their teens like something about the bad boys. Maybe for a little longer. I liked the bad boy type as well, but growing up set me with the nice guys. It may not be as extreme but it's easier to live! So nice guy is my vote

I like the nice guy but that could be because my Mum likes the bad boy and I've seen that go wrong far too many times to even pretend I want to deal with the badness of the bad boy.

Well right now I am dating the "bad boy" type. And everything is going better than it ever does with everyone else. By now in a relationship I would be fighting but with this one I am not. So personally I go for the bad boy types

Bad boys never last so definitely the nice guy. Why would u want to get into a relationship if u dont want it to last?

I think you start off your 'career in dating' wanting the bad boy. You have this crazy notion that you are going to tame him..or that he is damaged and you are going to fix him. Later...after a few years and some maturity, you begin to realize that the bad boy is just a little too messed up and it's not your place to 'fix' them, that it's up to them to straighten out their act.
One thing I do know...every woman has to date at least one bad boy..so when you are ready, you can truly appreciate the good ones...or the 'nice guy' when you finally do meet them.
Good luck and don't change...eventually we chickies come around.

Liv eyour life to make you happy, find a great girl or just a friend to hang out with if you don't want to be serious.
Your ex will see, when her relationship is falling apart that you hold yourself together.
Now, if she broke up with you for another guy. Leave her there.
