No, I don't think you should. I'm sixteen too and think you should wait. If this guy likes you he should be able to at least wait until you are more mature. Don't forget you're still a minor and he is a grown man and that spells out trouble. So, just wait.

well if you parents find out they are likely to report him to the authorities and if he is joining the army they will throw is azz in military prison and he will be miserable for years. Then when he gets out with a dishonerable discharge his life will be f$cked beyond belief and he will hunt you and your parents down and butcher you into little pieces. So don't do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
